could someone give me some info on sudden aggression in cats??
i know that theres normally warning signs but there honestly wasn't any. i picked my cat up like normal to get her out of my room bcuz i have birds and right as i went to put her down, she started screeching like i was killing her and turned around and bit me really hard, drawing blood in multiple spots. idk if i hurt her or something but if anyone could give me any info, that'd be great

Hmm, I think I've had a cat do that? Maybe you scared her, and by putting her out there made her think you didnt want her ? Which probably upset them. Idk, I'd try to be as gentle as you can, warm her up again.

There is ALWAYS warning signs. ALWAYS. It usually starts with avoiding a person or thing and progresses from there. You probably scared her or mentally scared her to where she sees u as a monster. Sorry, but this will probably not change unless you watch what you say and do around her. They understand EVERYTHING

i didnt mean it as bad. And animals are very easily impressionable. I took a year and a half of animal psychology. Even if it was small. It could have traumatized her. So, if you dont mind, please stop asking people for help if you dont want to fucking listen to their advise. I hope your cat either runs away or gets taken away because clearly you did something to fuck her up

ah !! even if theres aggression in a cat putting them down may end it, but it'd also cause a lot of sorrow and grief ?? which aint good

trust me my cat hates me and its cause we got her neutered w/o letting her have at least one litter,, and ive just learned to deal with it, though its not all bad at times shes very loving towards me !!

but w/ some cats its a passing thing so i wouldnt really worry abt it unless it continues on for a long period of time ;ldkgdkg
